From the rotunda with its sublime original wooden rose window, its large glass chandelier and its convex mirror, what was once the boudoir, Madame’s bedroom, the dining room of the mansion and its winter garden open up.

Using the 1901 plans, we have imagined the restaurant as a play, each room opening like a new act, following the same story, the large brass arches and the mirror work symbolising intermissions and transitions.
