The shop, which looks like a Provençal house, is naturally in keeping with the codes of the South of France, with its Mediterranean tiles, its rendered façade, its shutters on the windows, its welcoming olive and citrus trees.

Inside, the textured plasterwork on the walls, the exposed oak beams, the beige-sand terrazzo floor, the ochre tiles and the use of natural materials give the place warmth and conviviality.

On one side, the workshop where the pastries, breads and pastries are made every day; on the other, the sales area with its sand-coloured marble and designer oak counters where the creations are displayed. The roundness of the display cabinets is even more appealing; the shelves with fluted edges are reminiscent of the biscuits of yesteryear.
