The Nepita restaurant, orchestrated by the talented Amandine Chaignot, nestled in the heart of the Hotel Florida, is a showcase of refinement where Parisian elegance blends perfectly with a touch of Mediterranean modernity.
The Nepita’s ambience reflects this subtle marriage between the classic charm of Parisian Art Deco and a 70s twist that creates an atmosphere that is both retro and sophisticated.
Right from the entrance, the green and beige mosaic floor by Bisazza catches the eye and sets a refined retro tone. This unique tile subtly evokes the colours of the Mediterranean, while at the same time bringing a 70s vibrancy and the timelessness of Parisian brasseries.
Some of the furniture, by the famous designer Eero Saarinen, blends harmoniously into the space, adding that timeless, modern touch so characteristic of interior design from that era.
The colours chosen for Nepita play on shades of pink and burgundy, enveloping the space in a soft, refined palette.
This choice of colours brings warmth and intimacy, while remaining sophisticated.
Every detail, from the fabrics of the chairs to the curtains, seems to evoke a story, a Mediterranean softness that carries over to the plate.
